A la Carte Breakfast is served from 7.30 - 9.30am in The Morning Room. As an opening special, one of the selections from the menu is complimentary for per guest each morning. These also include juice, tea or coffee.  Extra items may be purchased as required. Below is a sample of our menu - please note that it may change and/or specials may be added from time to time.

Dishes are prepared by Suzanne, previously owner of the popular Gold Plate Finalist Nedlands eatery: "Maxwell's Cafe" and the renowned Alixandra Farm Cafe in Denmark, so the breakfast alone is worth staying for!

BREAKFAST MENU

We create all our dishes and sauces from the freshest and best ingredients.  We are happy to prepare alternatives on request.

We offer low fat, gluten, wheat and sugar free options.

All breakfasts are served with orange juice and bottomless cup Piazza D'Oro filter coffee or tea

Healthy Fruits & Fibre
Margaret River Gaby’s Muesli (wheat free available) with Fresh Seasonal Fruit Salad &  Vanilla Yoghurt (Natural also available).

Warm & Spicy
Toasted Banana & Almond Bread, Baked Orange & Cinnamon Ricotta drizzled with Sweet Spices Syrup, served with Citrus Pears and Lemon Butter.

Salmon with Attitude
Tasmanian Smoked Salmon and  Poached Eggs on Toasted Bagel, topped with Hollandaise Sauce and served with Roasted Herb Tomatoes.

Reinscourt Breakfast
Bacon, Chipolatas (1 Harvey Beef and 1 Aust. Pork) , Roasted Herb Cherry Tomatoes, Crispy Smashed Baby Potatoes, Eggs (Fried or Poached),  toast  of your choice

Light Breakfast

Garby's Margaret River Muesli,  toast of your choice with spreads and "bottomless" Piazza D'Oro filter coffee or tea.

GOURMET PLATTERS (24 Hour notice  is required)

We can provide Gourmet Platters for 2 or more using the best local and imported gourmet meats, cheeses and condiments, fresh produce and crusty breads from $25 per person.  Please contact us with your requirements.

STAY IN AND BE YOUR OWN CHEF FOR THE NIGHT

We provide a large hooded stainless steel BBQ, fridge and microwave for those times that you feel like enjoying a juicy steak on the barbie, a glass or two of wine and relaxing by the pool.  Facilities are provided for guests to prepare their own BBQ including plates, bowls, cutlery, drinkware, serviettes, condiments and cooking utensils - leave the dishes to us - a tray is provided.   The local supermarkets provide ready made salads and meat trays - we can also arrange if required.
