Our 2 course Gourmet Breakfast is served in the elegant "Morning Room" with 20 foot high ceiling, French doors and overlooking the indoor pool through to the forest. And you have your own table just like a private dining room.
Start with a self serve selection of cereals, fruits and yoghurt. Then choose from one of the cooked breakfast selections from the menu, complimentary each morning. These also include juice, tea or coffee and toast of your choice.

Dishes are prepared by Suzanne, previously owner of the popular Gold Plate Finalist Nedlands eatery: "Maxwell's Cafe" and the renowned "Alixandra Farm" Cafe in Denmark, so the breakfast alone is worth staying for!
We create all our dishes from the freshest and best ingredients.
We offer low fat, gluten, wheat and sugar free options.
All breakfasts are served with choice of juice and toast.
Piazza D'Oro or Levazza filter coffee, a selection of tea from leaf, herbal teas or teabags.

Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon & Chives
Smoked salmon and fresh chives tossed through creamy scrambled eggs and served on a buttered English Muffin with Roasted Herb Tomatoes (Salmon can be omitted)
French style Omelette with Fresh Mushrooms served with Toasted Turkish Bread and Roasted Herb Tomatoes (Mushroom can be omitted)
Bacon, Fried Eggs, Chipolatas (Mini Sausages), Fried Smashed Baby Potato, Roasted Herb Cherry Tomatoes
Two buttermilk pancakes served with an apple blueberry compote, maple syrup and vanilla greek yoghurt.
Most rates include breakfast - room only bookings can purchase a two course breakfast at $35 per person.
We are happy to prepare alternatives on request. Vegetarian option is available.
Special requests will be catered for with sufficient notice (48 hour) - Fee may apply
GOURMET CHEESE ANTIPASTO PLATTER (48 Hours notice is required)
We can provide Gourmet Cheese and Antipasto Platters for 2 or more using the best local and imported gourmet meats, cheeses and condiments, fresh produce and crusty breads from $35 per person.

We provide a large hooded stainless steel BBQ, fridge and microwave for those times that you feel like enjoying a juicy steak on the barbie, a glass or two of wine and relaxing by the pool. Facilities are provided for guests to prepare their own BBQ including plates, bowls, cutlery, drinkware, serviettes, condiments and cooking utensils - leave the dishes to us - a tray is provided. The local supermarkets provide ready made salads and meat trays - we can also arrange if required.
