Booking Terms and conditions:
The aim of these terms and conditions is to facilitate the most efficient operation of the Inn the Tuarts Guest Lodge, and the peaceful enjoyment by our valued guests of this lovely property and its surrounds. Your willing compliance is greatly appreciated, and comments and suggestions are welcomed.

Important Note: Travel insurance is available to cover against loss of pre-paid travel expenses, due to unforseen circumstances, such as accident, illness, etc. Ask for a domestic cancellation policy for Aust. residents, which may be as little as $30 pp, or it forms part of international travel insurance for overseas guests.
Payment for bookings may be made by credit card, cheque or bank direct deposit (please call or e-mail for bank details). Clients wishing to pay cash can do so on arrival, when the pre-paid deposit will be refunded if required. We regret we do not accept payment in goats, camels or cowrie shells.
Check-in and Check-out times:
Check in is from 2.00 – 6.00 pm. If arriving later please contact us by phone or e-mail to ensure check-in arrangements can be made. Earlier check-in may be available on request subject to availability, and extra cost as per late check out.
Check out is 10.00 am. Later check out times may be available subject to availability and the following extra charges:
For 2 or more night stays: First hour is free (subject to availability) then $20 per hour up to 4 hours, or then an extra night's tariff 1 night stays: $20 per hour, or extra night if greater than 4 hours.
HOUSE RULES
PUBLIC AREAS, NOISE, PARTIES AND ALCOHOL
GUEST LOUNGE – OPEN 8.30AM TO 9.30 PM
POOL AREA AND BBQ FACILITIES – OPEN 8.30AM TO 9.30PM
Guests are requested to observe closing times for public areas being the Pool Area and the Guest Lounge which is 9.30pm. As Rooms 4 and 5 open onto the Pool Area, the Pool Area and the Pool will be closed from 9.30pm to 8.30am and the pool gates locked.
The property is not licensed to supply alcohol however, BYO is permitted.
Whilst we enjoy the occasional and responsible consumption of wine, beer or spirits in moderation, drunken, noisy or antisocial inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and such guests not complying with requests to immediately desist will be required to leave the property via a taxi to called relocated intoxicated guests if necessary. No refund of tariff will be provided in such cases and any costs will be charged to the offending guest.
Parties in public areas or guest rooms are not permitted, with the exception of those specifically pre-booked functions as such weddings and anniversaries or events as arranged with consent of the owners.
This property is provided for paying guests and as such guests are advised that the property is not available for the use by any other persons including guest’s family or friends without the expressed permission of the owners.
LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Damage to the property and/or loss of items from either the rooms or public areas will be charged for at retail prices and/or commercial trade hourly rates. A list of items and costs is available on request. The guest authorises the Manager to charge his/her credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any guest is liable under these conditions or otherwise.
An inventory is provided within the room booklet – please check it and advise of any missing or damaged items as you could be charged losses or damages.
NO SMOKING, PETS, GUEST’S PROPERTY AND WEBSITES
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy for all indoor areas
The property must not be used for unlawful purposes.
We do not accommodate pets. Guests are notified that the owners have a dog – “Bob” a quiet, friendly, 6 y.o. Border Collie cross.
We have made every effort to represent the property accurately on our own and other websites, and in advertising. However, we will not be held liable for misinterpretation or inaccuracies on 3rd party sites or advertising. If you are unsure or information is unclear, we invite your enquiry.
Property left by a guest after departure will be held for 7 days, and will be returned by surface post if requested by the guest at post and packaging cost plus $20 for time and travel. (Please check all wardrobes and drawers before vacating the property).
CHILDREN
This property is an adult retreat. It is not recommended for children under 12, we appreciate older children's respectful and appropriate behavior.
PRIVACY POLICY
We collect information about you solely for the purpose of the legitimate operation of this accommodation business, and to refine and improve our service delivery. It is not shared or provided to others other than where essential as above, without your written permission. We will not contact you to promote
